Why consistency matters
One treatment can leave you feeling lighter, but ongoing concerns often benefit from a more consistent approach. Six appointments give us the opportunity to observe your response, adjust the focus and build on each session rather than starting again each time.
This may suit clients looking for regular support with fluid retention, puffiness, bloating, body contouring or maintenance. Results vary, and every course remains personal to your body and goals.

Questions about the course
- Why book six lymphatic drainage sessions?
- A course gives us time to work consistently, review how your body responds and adapt each treatment. It may be helpful when your goals need more regular support than a one-off session can provide.
- How often should I have the sessions?
- Your schedule will be agreed with Scarlett around your goals, availability and how your body responds. The remaining five appointments are arranged after your first booking rather than fixed automatically.
- Where do the treatments take place?
- Every session is mobile and takes place in your home in the Cheshire or Chester area. Scarlett brings the treatment couch and equipment to you.
- Does the website book all six appointments?
- No. Choose an available time for your first 60-minute session online. Scarlett will contact you to arrange payment and plan the remaining five sessions.
