Every session begins with a short assessment so the treatment matches what your body needs on the day. Manual lymphatic drainage uses light, rhythmic strokes to encourage lymph flow, reduce fluid retention and ease that heavy, puffy feeling.
Colombian wood therapy is added where appropriate, using sculpting tools to work the tissue more deeply for contouring and definition. If you have had recent surgery, wood therapy is reduced or left out entirely.
