OUR TREATMENTS

Lymphatic drainage massage in progress

SCULPT & DRAIN

60 minutes · £75

A bespoke 60-minute treatment combining Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Wood Therapy, tailored entirely to you on the day. Your therapist will assess your body at the start of each session - taking into account how much fluid is present, where you're holding tension, and what your body needs most in that moment. Depending on your response, the session will work through one or two areas with focused, precise technique. Ideal for those looking to reduce puffiness, relieve bloating, support post-operative healing, or maintain results between longer sessions.

Body contouring before and after treatment

SIGNATURE SCULPT & DRAIN

90 minutes · £100

Our full treatment, combining Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Wood Therapy across a longer, more in-depth session. With 90 minutes, your therapist can work more extensively through multiple areas, making this ideal for post-operative recovery, significant fluid retention, or those who want a thorough, fully personalised result.

WHY LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Your lymphatic system clears fluid and waste from the body. When it slows, you feel it - heaviness, puffiness, sluggish recovery. Our treatments get it moving again.

REDUCED PUFFINESS
Encourages stagnant fluid to move, easing swelling in the legs, stomach and face.
POST-OPERATIVE RECOVERY
Gentle, adapted drainage that supports healing and helps soften fibrosis after surgery.
SCULPTED DEFINITION
Colombian wood therapy shapes and contours, refining the waist, hips and thighs.
LESS BLOATING
Abdominal work that relieves heaviness and supports comfortable digestion.
IMPROVED CIRCULATION
Stimulates the lymphatic system so the body clears waste more efficiently.
CALM, CLINICAL CARE
Precise technique in a quiet, private setting - never rushed, never generic.

How a session works

  1. 01

    ASSESSMENT

We start by looking at where you are holding fluid, how your body feels and what you want from the session.

  2. 02

    DRAIN

Manual Lymphatic Drainage opens the pathways and moves fluid away from the areas that need it most.

  3. 03

    SCULPT

Colombian Wood Therapy follows, working through the tissue to shape, define and firm.

  4. 04

    AFTERCARE

You leave with clear guidance on hydration, movement and when to come back for best results.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Every session starts with you. Arrive 5-10 minutes early and we will run through exactly what you need that day - where you are holding fluid, how your body is feeling, and what you want to get out of your time. No two sessions are the same.

Both treatments combine Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Colombian Wood Therapy. Working together to drain, sculpt and define - your therapist will focus on the areas that need it most within your 60 or 90 minute session.

Had recent surgery? Let us know when you book. We will adapt your treatment accordingly - using less wood therapy and focusing on gentle drainage to support your recovery safely.
