A bespoke 90-minute treatment combining Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Wood Therapy, with extra time for a deeper, more complete session. I'll assess your body at the start, taking into account how much fluid is present, where you're holding tension, and what your body needs most in that moment. With 90 minutes, I can work through multiple areas more thoroughly - such as the abdomen, waist, hips, legs and back - using focused, precise technique. Ideal for post-operative recovery, significant fluid retention or bloating, or anyone wanting a full, personalised sculpting result.

Every session starts with you. Arrive 5-10 minutes early and I'll run through exactly what you need that day - where you are holding fluid, how your body is feeling, and what you want to get out of your time. No two sessions are the same.
Both treatments combine Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Colombian Wood Therapy. Working together to drain, sculpt and define - I'll focus on the areas that need it most within your 60 or 90 minute session.
