What lymphatic drainage helps with
Manual lymphatic drainage encourages the lymphatic system to move stagnant fluid and waste, which can reduce bloating, puffiness and that heavy-limbed feeling, and support recovery after surgery.
Paired with Colombian wood therapy, sessions also work on contouring and smoothing, which is why many clients book a course rather than a one-off.

- How much does lymphatic drainage in Cheshire cost?
- £50 for a 30-minute Express session on one area, £75 for the 60-minute Sculpt & Drain, and £100 for the 90-minute Signature Sculpt & Drain.
- Is lymphatic drainage suitable for everyone?
- Not always. Conditions such as heart disease, active infection, DVT, uncontrolled hypertension, cancer, kidney problems and some stages of pregnancy mean treatment isn't appropriate or needs medical clearance. The consultation form covers this before your first session.
- When are appointments available?
- Regular availability is Monday and Thursday 16:00–20:00, Tuesday 18:00–20:00 and Saturday 08:00–14:30, with live slots shown in the booking form. If nothing suits, you can request another time.
